This is difficult to estimate without seeing the work to be done. Assuming that this job will include the finish painting this is probably a 2 day job. Labor cost could run in the ballpark of $1200. If you will be hiring a handyman to do this work, please be sure to check that he/she is adequately licensed to do the job. In California an unlicensed handyman is limited to work totaling $500 or less.
