You were doing great on this question until we came to the part about raw construction of a small loft. I'm sorry but I can't even take a guess on what the cost might be without more details. Concerning the remainder of the work, these are perfect handyman jobs. Putting them all together would probably equal a single day's work. Rates in my area, Northern California are $50 per hour bringing the total to $400 plus materials.
