Here was your question: "I need a wall built with a door to close off an existing space. the wall will be 19`9" by 8` with a 30" door opening. It will need sheet rock but no painting."

This would probably be a two day job. Makes the labor about $700 plus materials. If you end up using an unlicensed handyman to do the work check to make sure that this job doesn’t exceed the minor work exemption laws in your state. If it does I recommend you hire a licensed contractor to do the work.
