Thank you for your question!  You asked for an opinion on the cost of a job.

Here was your question:  "Need a garage torn down and concrete busted out - garage is 9`x16`. Looking for an estimate for demolition and disposal."

If your garage is anything like the one across the street from me it would be a 3-4 day job to completely clear the site.  In addition to the labor you should also consider the disposal fee.  In our area that would run as high as $500.  Labor at a daily rate of $400 would put the total job up around $2,000.
